McMenamins Corvallis

Location: McMenamins Corvallis is located in an usual English cottage-style building. Originally a real-estate company, it was a pub even before it was a McMenamins, which means unlike some renovated properties, it feels more like what it was meant to be.

Fellow travelers: After a job in Lebanon, I asked John & Jodi to meet me at this location since we had all been at the Monroe location. (Alice Ann, sadly, couldn't come).

Favorite light: We talked so much I didn't really look at the lights!

Favorite art: We talked so much I didn't really look at the art, either! BUT I found something even more interesting. After we ate Jodi asked, "Have you seen inside my car yet?" So John & I got in and were surprised to discover several dozen patches pinned to the interior roof!

Food: Since it was Pi Day, and so close to St. Patrick's day, I had the Shepherd's Pie & it was delicious. Because this location completed a page, I also got the pork slider appetizers to share with everyone. I almost certainly had an RC, too.

Passport stamps: McMenamins Corvallis

Other items of note:
  • Sadly, no milkshakes at this location.
